"Really detailed directions and communication. Our flight got to Kauai earlier than expected, and Nathaniel was lovely enough to let us start our trip an hour early. The car was clean and there were travel tips/suggestions to greet us in the car. We love how compact the car is even though it’s higher up off the ground and sturdy like an SUV without the gas guzzle. We only used one tank of gas for our entire 9 day trip. All around, lovely experience."
